Q: How does the wash and fold service work?
A: Simply fill a standard 13-gallon kitchen bag with your laundry. When scheduling your pickup or drop-off, you can customize how you’d like your items washed and dried—choose your preferred detergent, water temperature, dryer settings, and more.
Q: How is pricing calculated?
A: Pricing is per 13-gallon bag. You'll see transparent pricing when scheduling your service—no hidden fees.
Q: Do I need to sort my laundry before pickup?
A: Nope! We’ll take care of sorting by colors and fabrics before washing.
Q: Can I provide my own detergent or special instructions?
A: Absolutely. You’ll have the option to note preferences or provide your own products when booking.
Q: How long does turnaround take?
A: Most wash and fold orders are completed within 24–48 hours, depending on volume and preferences.Car Seat Cleaning
Q: Who handles the car seat cleaning?
A: Every car seat is cleaned by a Certified Child Passenger Safety Technician (CPST) to ensure the highest standard of care and safety.
Q: What kind of products do you use?
A: We only use non-toxic, gentle, safe products. No harsh chemicals—ever. The very same we use for our family and children!
Q: Is the car seat machine dried?
A: Never. All components are air-dried only, as recommended by most car seat manufacturers to preserve safety and integrity.
Q: Do I need to uninstall the seat before drop-off?
A: Yes, we ask that you uninstall the car seat prior to service. If you’d like guidance, our CPST can help ensure proper reinstallation after cleaning.
Q: How long does the cleaning process take?
A: Typically, cleaning takes 24–36 hours to allow for full disassembly, deep cleaning, and proper drying time.
Q: Can you clean strollers or other baby gear?
